Mô tả công việc
- Supporting Finance Manager to prepare regular financial reports and special reports as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Performing cash flow forecasting, budgeting and work closely with production and relevant departments, analyzing cash flow and cash flow requirements.
- Handling all matters related to accounting and finance of the company to ensure full accounting procedures are carried out and accounts are completed on time, review daily financial transactions, purchase orders, expenditures…
- Executes PIT, CIT, Transfer Pricing and other tax reporting, responsibility for all statutory requirements including audit, company income tax, value added tax, withholding tax, personal income tax, regulatory statistics reporting, etc, to ensure complete compliance with all governmental regulations and VAS.
- Preparation and submission of financial & accounting reports as well as reconciliations.
- Training, supervise and manage accounting staffs to fulfill their duties
- Working with external parties such as banks, external auditors, internal auditors and tax advisers.
- Handling tax matters and deal with tax department and related Government authorities.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements including Income statement, Balance sheet, Statement of cash flow and cost analysis reports.
- Preparation of withholding tax returns on contracts between suppliers.
- Preparing payroll and insurance.
- Ensure all accounting records are properly kept and updated in accordance with local tax regulations.
