Chief Accountant

- Check financial statement and financial analysis report, check trasfer pricing report
- Maintain, managing the Finance - Accounting system. To train and control all staffs to complete mission on time.
- Preparation of the annual budget, assisting and contributing to the Company’s Business Plan
- Make internal report as the Director board’s requirement or Mother company, Set up Budget and Control according to each kind of expenses.
- Daily checking, controlling, comparing and approving the entered in the accounts’ slips. Control cash payment and transfer.
- Controlling staffs for prepare Tax declaration report per month, balance Tax ending year and PIT, CIT, contact with Tax office.
- Prepare audit schedules for external auditors and contact important problems with auditors.
- Organizing to analyze effective business and financial result, giving suitable and necessary ways to save cost and raise the effective in business.
- On behalf of company to make and maintain the relationship between related local government agencies (tax, bank, audit,…).
- Check document & work with Inspection Tax.
