Claims settlement
Conduct on-site survey & claims investigation
Investigate, adjust, negotiate and settle all claims within his authority in accordance with the Company policy
Do posting claims reserve & ensure accurate estimates of all outstanding claims and ensure regular updating
Coordinate with colleagues in claim settlement
Loss control
Conduct claim recovery against Third Party who caused the damage/loss and claim & coinsurance – reinsurance recoveries
Make/ update claim statistics, loss data analysis & claims reports
Other duties as required by the job or as assigned by Supervisor
