Sales Operation: Daily Task
- Assist all Sales Functions facing
- Commercial issues:
• Obtaining rates
• Cost validation or negotiation
• Giving ad-hoc quotation to customer
• Act as sales indoor to execute sales process when required.
- Business execution
• Giving shipping instruction to operation
• Support adherence to shipping instruction and SOPs.
- Administration and back-up
• Coordinate internally with team members for related reports (sales activities; CRM dashboard; monthly/weekly sales report; minutes of meeting; etc.)
• Provide instant support to Manager or Sales colleagues in terms of interfacing with customers; internal/external stakeholders when necessary.
- Assist all Sales Functions facing:
- Commercial issues:
• Obtaining rates
• Cost validation or negotiation
• Giving ad-hoc quotation to customer
• Act as sales indoor to execute sales process when required.
- Business execution
• Giving shipping instruction to operation
• Support adherence to shipping instruction and SOPs.
- Administration and back-up
• Coordinate internally with team members for related reports (sales activities; CRM dashboard; monthly/weekly sales report; minutes of meeting; etc.)
• Provide instant support to Manager or Sales colleagues in terms of interfacing with customers; internal/external stakeholders when necessary.
Support Key Account Management
- To ensure quick and effective problem resolution and troubleshooting with assigned customer.
- To manage and coordinate complex quotation processes as well as business implementations.
- To develop and implement on complex solutions which cover the entire product range of Dolphin (cross-selling).
- To support the Key Account Manager with conducting regular and structured review sessions with assigned customers, introducing processes for innovation and continuous improvement.
- To support customer retention through pro-active relationship management and focused problem resolution (jointly with operations).
