Mô tả công việc

Identify New Business Opportunities:
Explore and develop potential markets, reach out to new clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Assist the Business Development Director in formulating and executing short-term and long-term business development strategies.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitors, and business opportunities to provide strategic insights and plans.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
Contract Development and Negotiation:
Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients and partners, ensuring terms align with the company’s objectives.
Reporting and Evaluation:
Monitor and report on project progress and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies to improve processes and outcomes.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1 years of experience in finance, banking, real estate, study abroad consulting, or travel consulting.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze market and customer data to make strategic decisions.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to identify business opportunities from a strategic perspective and effectively implement plans.
Teamwork:
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
