Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Chất Lượng Sales (QC)

Collect, track and coordinate with BM/ASM to resolve complaints from customers and partners
Conducting weekly reports on sales quality assessment, proposing penalties to handle violations of sales
Check the activities of Loan officer (LO), Branch manager (BM), Area Sales Manager (ASM) related to: work activities, work schedules, visit and meeting at branch, then evaluate the quality of work schedules
Analyze and evaluate the inspection situation of the area and come up with effective solutions to improve the area
Proactively design policies and rules for sales field
Participate in developing the quality inspection processes and plans with the Sales Quality Control Manager/Line Manager
Coordinate with the internal department to check the relevant issues of the sales field
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager and CMD

Basic requirements :
Language: English ability is an advantage (Optional)
Qualifications :
Gender: Male
Minimum 2 year working experience, preferably in controlling quality of sales
Education qualification: Bachelor degree in Economics, Auditing, IT or Business
Good communication skills
Experience:
Knowledge on consumer lending, banking and financial products and services
Be proactive and meticulous at work
Experience working in process control
Under high pressure at work
Good interaction and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
