Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Đơn Hàng | Order Fulfillment Specialist(Korean/English)

1. Order management
- Create and manage customer quotes
- Prepare online/offline contracts
- Track orders/deliveries
- Assist in business order confirmation
- Ensure timely delivery of services and information to customers
2. Logistics
- Ensure all customs clearance for orders are processed and compliant with regulations
- Handle customer complaints/return process
- Handle shipping/customs etc.
3. Warehouse
- Participate in annual inventory and monthly reconciliation
- Track inventory/shipping lead times
4. Others
- Support SOP/WI development of Local process and establish Local logistics/order following process
- Other tasks and matters assigned by the supervisor

- Shuttle bus to Ha Nam and Hanoi and can be adjusted according to the number/needs of personnel

1. Diploma
Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent major
2. Work experience
- Experience in supply chain/logistics/order tracking/warehouse management
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import, export and customs processes and demand/supply planning
- Understand local import and export regulations
3. Others
- Have team spirit and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills/ability to handle multiple tasks
- Practical experience in ERP and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good Korean/English communication skills (Korean preferred)
