Mô tả công việc

1. Coffee Experiences Hosting
Use the art of storytelling to accompany customers on their journeys to explore Vietnamese coffee and culture;
Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure each customer’s experience is unforgettable;
Deliver guidance and instruction on how to brew signature Vietnamese coffee-based beverages;
2. Customer Assistance
Enhance customer engagement and experience by actively promoting and selling products or services;
Extend warm welcomes, provide insightful menu descriptions, and passionately introduce customers to our Lacàph products;
Understand customers’ needs, address their concerns or complaints (if any);
3. Crafting Coffee Excellence
Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee-related beverages;
Maintain an inviting work environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation;
Strictly adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Must have:
A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
Fluent in English communication; with the ability to tell stories and create connections with customers;
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Nice to have:
Passion for Vietnamese coffee and culture, with a genuine desire to share this enthusiasm with others;
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in coffee/bartending service or a similar hospitality environment;
Knowledge of coffee and brewing techniques is nice
