ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is perfect for you if you are a self-starter, have proven experience in delivering top notch Employer Branding & Internal Communications programs, and you have a relentless drive to promote Brand and Culture. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Internal Communications
• Create and manage internal newsletters, announcements, and updates across key platforms
• Understand the communications needs of various internal audiences (C-levels, managers and leaders, expatriates and all employees) crafting messages that are impactful and lead to desired outcomes
• Monitor and analyze internal communication performance to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
• Support our People Operations, and C&B Team in delivering high impact messages, including deciphering company polices to fellow Crossians
Events and Functions
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events and functions including charity events to strengthen employee engagement and team collaboration.
Social and Professional Media Postings
• Drive the promotion of our EVP through compelling content across various social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others)
• Partner with teams to ensure accurate representation of Crossian's branding and messaging on external platforms.
Content Development
• Develop communication materials that promote Crossian's culture, core values, and growth mindset.
• Ensure consistent tone and style across all communications, reflecting the Crossian brand.
Onboarding Support
• Collaborate with internal partners to update and enhance onboarding slides and materials to ensure alignment with the latest organizational updates.
• Provide creative input to improve onboarding processes and make the experience impactful for new hires.
Other Communications
• Partner with stakeholders to support change management communications, ensuring employees are informed and aligned with organizational updates.
• Act as a champion for employee engagement by gathering feedback and proposing initiatives to improve communication flows within the organization.
