COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SUPERVISOR – BINH DUONG, VIETNAM

The Job:
As a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor (C&B Supervisor), you’ll be part of Compass II (Subsidiary of Stanley Black & Decker) located in Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park 1, No. 35, Independent Avenue, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. Your working hours will be 48 hours/week.
You’ll get to:
Compensation and Benefits Management:
• Manage compensation policies and programs within the organisation.
• Perform initial review of job evaluation and hiring compensation proposals, ensuring the governance of the Total Rewards decision matrix.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits programs.
• Organise and monitor annual salary reviews, performance evaluations, etc.
Reporting and Budgeting:
• Monitor all C&B activities in payroll, PIT (Personal Income Tax), insurance, labour contracts, policies, benefits, timesheets, internal & external labour reports for local & expat staff.
• Make monthly/periodic internal payroll reports, costing reports, PIT reports, and other statutory reports for relevant authorities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leaders on compensation and benefits metrics.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics and data.
• Participate in workforce planning to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet its goals.
• Prepare and manage personnel budgets and other HR budget estimations.
Policy Development and Compliance:
• Serve as contact point for rolling out company policies regulations
• Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
HR Digitalization and Systems:
• Manage and support HR digitalization projects to enhance efficiency and data management.
• Improve & simplify HR administrative processes to achieve optimal balance between compliance and service quality. Address complex issues with innovative solutions aligning with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Center of Expertise functions to leverage features of Workday and other integrated systems.
Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of C&B specialists.
• Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
