Compliance Specialist/Chuyên Viên Tuân Thủ

Do the internal audit at the factories and make the orientation action plan.
Do the external audit at all factories in ethical audit.
Research potential compliance issues and updates of local and national labor laws.
Update the concern local laws and customer requirements and transfer for the factories.
Observe all sites at the factory and make the report for the customer about their requirements to factories.
Visit the factories frequently to check about the action plan and do the corrective action.
Have the meeting with the customers to get new updates.
Make the ethical policy depend on the Local law and customer policy then applies for the factory.
Attend the audit of a third party at the factories.
Control and training for factories about HSE management
Make the plan to improve the ethical standard to help factory meet all basic standards and continually improve
Getting information from feedback of customer: environment, safe, health, environment. conditions at the company are fit with the customer’s requirements.
Contact & organize to training anti-fire, First-Aid,Health checking annually...
Contact & maintain the relation with Local authority.
In charge and training about company regulation, internal policy,security, health & safety for worker.
Responsible to General Affair
