Content Creator Executive (Print-On-Demand)

- Coordinate with Performance Marketing team and Product Management team to plan marketing campaigns, creatives in order to maximize conversion rate
- Direct, shoot and edit Creative Ads for weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing plans
- Join the R&D procedure, propose content ideas, develop content and implement creative ads (short videos/photos/banners) on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok...for global markets such as US, Europe...
- Implement, evaluate and improve all creatives to ensure the maximum effectiveness of marketing campaigns

- Knowledge or experience with Ads Creatives, Social Media, Social Manager, Creative Marketing...
- Educated from Marketing, Multimedia, Business courses and universities..., ambition with creativity & art
- Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook or Google AdWords )
- Detailed-oriented and organized
- Skills to create, edit short video/photo with tools/apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe after effect...)
- Enjoys learning new things; ambitious to grow in the industry
- Ability to create content, especially content performance, familiar with search and performance measurement
- Good at English and communication, understanding US/European culture is a plus
