a. Key Responsibilities
• What are the 5-7 Responsibilities for this position?
• What are the most frequent and most important essential work activities, teams, and outcomes they are responsible for?
Content Strategy Development
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for beauty products in the Vietnamese market.
• Define target audience personas, content themes, and messaging strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with brand objectives.
Content Creation and Production
• Create compelling and visually appealing content across various formats and channels, including social media, blogs, videos, and email campaigns, to showcase beauty products and tell brand stories.
• Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content that captures the essence of the brand and resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Management
• Manage and grow social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, by publishing engaging content, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion on social platforms.
Influencer and Partnership Marketing
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, beauty bloggers, and content creators to amplify brand reach, drive user-generated content, and increase brand credibility in the Vietnamese beauty community.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with beauty brands, retailers, and industry stakeholders to co-create content, cross-promote products, and expand brand visibility and market share.
Content Performance Analysis
• Track and analyze content performance metrics, including engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies, refine messaging, and identify opportunities for content innovation and audience growth..
