* The role:
This job’s purpose is to spearhead the establishment and embedding of a continuous improvement culture within our organization in the constant close discussion with MT team.
* Key accountabilities
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, your tasks are the following:
- Establish Continuous Improvement Framework
: Develop and implement a robust continuous improvement framework to foster a culture of innovation and excellence across the company.
- Guide and Facilitate Greenbelts
: Lead the selection of high-impact projects that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
- Monitor Project Progress
: Oversee and monitor the progress of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and the achievement of desired outcomes.
- Leadership:
Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to inspire, motivate, and drive the continuous improvement team and broader organization towards a culture of sustained excellence.
- Project Management
: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- Others:
According to assignment of MT team
