Contracting Executive (Inbound Travel)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracting & System Executive
to join our dynamic team at JD Tours. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the seamless integration of contract details into our company systems. Your expertise will help us secure the best possible terms from our suppliers while maintaining accurate records and distributing essential information across teams. With a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and effective communication, you will be instrumental in supporting our operations and contributing to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts with suppliers (including hotels, cruises, transportation, tour services) and secure favorable terms.
• Ensure data accuracy loaded within the company's system.
• Maintain and organize the supplier contract database on the internal shared drive.
• Accurately track and distribute special offers from suppliers to the relevant teams.
• Monitor contract rate expiration proactively and liaise with suppliers to obtain the most up-to-date rates.
