Control and Project Management Senior Officer (Outsourcing)

• Support planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities on daily metrics, dashboards, productivity & related
coordination.
• Gather data needed to complete management reporting and help create action plans and follow through.
• Document & update the standard operating procedures by understanding the various steps involved across operations.
• Gather data across units to facilitate monthly dashboards & business reviews.
• Responsible for providing support for Day-to-day operational execution of activities within retail operations.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients
and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical
judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues
with transparency.
