JOB PURPOSE:
(1) Maintaining close relationship with exisiting clients and expanding database for new cilents.
(2) Increasing extra sales from new clients, and expanding orders from current clients to achieve sales target.
(3) Execute sales and promotion plan in different seasons and different products in order to meet client's requirements.
(4) Ensure smooth operation from taking orders, delivery and caring after sale
(5) Smooth collaboration with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
The Level of Delegation in the Process of Task Execution:
1. Compliance, acting in accordance with the regulations, approval plans
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
3. Discuss with Division Manager for sale plan and strategy
***MAIN RESPONSIBILIES IN DETAIL:
Maintaining close relationship with exisiting clients and expanding database for new cilents. To endure having extra order from new clients and at least 30% orders from existing clients:
• Approaching new customers and existing customers to understand their needs and maintain business relationship through phone, email, meeting
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing customers to present products or services in person
• Identify potential customers through events, conference, networks and company's relationship
• Frequently sending our update information (products, season, promotions) to our customers
• Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues
• Managing customer database and follow up the progress
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Present sales proposal to each customers based on their requirements to superior to get approval
• Understanding products and suppliers through cooperating with other departments
• Develop and identify product selling, price strategy into sales plan
• Preparing samples and other sale tools to conduct sale meeting with customers
• Conduct KPI report and performance monitor
• Understanding and execute sales target monthly
Marketing and Promoting Sales Activities
• Cooperating with A&P department to develop sales materials
• Planning promotions plan for seasonal sales strategy, exclusive offers
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with customer trends
Ensure smooth operation from order, packing, delivery and after sale care
• Ensure stock available by working closely with relevant departments
• Ensure all contracts and PO get signed before delivery
• Ensure packaging, checking and monitor to make sure 0 mistaking in packaging
• Ensure delivery process & Timeline by working closely with Administration team and delivery supplier
• Ensure customer's satisfaction after sale, solving issues quickly and effectively
Compliance
• Follow company's regulation and comply with company policy. Ensure about transparent approaching customers.
• Sale process, payment and invoices must work closely with Accounting department to ensure correct documentation
