* Purpose
Assist RM of Corporate Banking Team to contact customers, and assist in signing documents, handling customer transactions and maintaining good customer relationships.
* Main tasks
• Assist RM of Corporate Banking Team to improve customer relationship management, establish and maintain customer relationships, accurately grasp and meet customer needs in a timely manner.
• Assist RM to contact customers and write signed reports to accurately grasp and meet customer needs in a timely manner.
• Carry out credit investigation and fill in related forms to take into account the timeliness and accuracy of credit investigation.
• Examination of customer information and collection of industry-related information to facilitate the production of credit signing and reporting related operations.
• Regularly review existing credit customers to grasp the customer's operating conditions and improve post-loan management.
• Statistics and compilation of reports to control the achievement of various business objectives.
• Cooperate with RM to visit customers, assist in handling customer transactions and general needs, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement other duty being assigned by bank
