Cost Controller - Garment Factory

• Check and verify all cost elements of the production process, such as fabric consumption, sewing fees, trim...
• Compare and evaluate the sewing fee and consumption of similar styles across the collection and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Compare the estimated production costs with the actual production costs and update the gross profit percentage accordingly.
• Prepare and present cost reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with the purchasing, production, and accounting departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of cost data.
• Research and implement best practices and industry standards for cost control and management.
• Monitor the flow of raw material and finished goods in the supply chain.

- At least 02 years’ experience in garment production merchandising.
- Bachelor's degree in textile, merchandising, supply chain management or related discipline
- Good skill in Microsoft Office Software is a plus.
