We are looking for a passionate gamer who loves mobile games, especially puzzle games, to join our team as a Customer Experience Analyst. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing user feedback, resolving player issues, and ensuring the game’s rating remains high and stable. You’ll also reply to user reviews and provide actionable insights to the product team. Strong analytical and data visualization skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the game’s rating remains high and stable by addressing player concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Analyze user reviews and feedback to identify and prioritize critical issues affecting gameplay.
- Respond promptly and professionally to user reviews, demonstrating empathy and a player-first mindset.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of player issues across multiple platforms globally.
- Create detailed reports for each game, visualizing key trends and insights using tools like Google Sheets.
- Research and summarize player behavior trends to support continuous game improvements.
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize game features and improve the overall player experience.
- Continuously monitor and improve internal processes to maintain high customer satisfaction

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Knowledge:
- Passion for mobile gaming and a strong understanding of gaming culture.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a gaming or tech support role.
Skill:
- Strong data visualization skills, with experience using tools like Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in English communication (Equivalent to Ielts 6.0)
- Analytical, research, and data summarization skills.
- Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS and Android) and common technical issues related to mobile gaming.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools, such as helpdesk systems and CRM platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
