1/ Customer relations
- Communicating and interacting with customers through many different channels, including SMS, Zalo groups, direct calls, direct mail, and face-to-face customer visits.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with customers through customer care activities.
- Introducing and sharing information with customers through communication channels, such as promotions, new product information, Isuzu dealer openings, new branches, new policies applicable to customers, and events.
2/ Professional customer care service
- Planning, proposing, and organizing programs and events to satisfy customers' needs.
- Conducting customer surveys (in cooperation with professional companies) to measure brand awareness and satisfaction levels, and then providing feedback to related departments for appropriate action plans.
- Making and upgrading policies and processes applied to dealers on customer service activities, including the customer care process for sales and after-sales, complaint resolution process, customer survey and opinion gathering process, process of receiving feedback from customers and improving, storing, and updating customer information.
- Training dealers' staff on customer service skills, complaint handling, and how to conduct surveys to improve customer satisfaction.
3/ Other support jobs
- Visiting and updating customer information.
- Supporting the team for arranging eco-drive seminars and daily maintenance training.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Making reports related to the CSR department, dealers, and customer activities.
