Customer Service Ambassador - Marina Central Tower

1. Office Administration
• Responsible for administrative tasks related to the office.
• Monitor and manage fixed assets, tools, office supplies, and office equipment for the company.
• Manage, store files, official documents (incoming, outgoing) and other supporting documents for goods and service contracts.
• Draft documents according to general forms for the company's leadership to approve, implement, issue, and apply.
• Prepare reports and documents related to building management.
2. Customer Care Related Work
• Act as the point of contact for receiving information and suggestions from customers, including apartment owners, tenants, and employees within the company system.
• Monitor the entire process from receiving customer information to completing the processing of that information.
• Assist and guide residents in receiving apartments and preparing for living and working in the building;
• Collect opinions, suggestions, and requests from households, customers, and residents, and forward them to relevant departments for processing, reporting to the Head/Deputy Head of Building Management for appropriate solutions.
3. Other Work
• Coordinate with functional departments within the Building Management Board related to daily work.
• Support Services: supervise the implementation of building management tasks, monitor and evaluate service units: cleaning, security, waste transportation...
• Support Accounting: collect fees when necessary.
• Perform other office-related tasks as requested by the Head of Building Management.

VND 11,000,000/month+ commission.
