Mô tả công việc

- Keep track and record of Project BOQs, Variation BOQ, Project Drawing, Sales Contract and relevant documents
- Support projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained accurately for each project
- Support Customer Service Manager for day-to-day jobs in Project implementation
- Provide Support to Customer Service team in Project’s forecast and planning and keep track of project progress and notify any potential issues
- Prepare and provide projects' documentation to internal teams
- Track requests from internal & external stakeholder and update customer service team and relevant team in a timely manner
- Supports ISO 9001:2015 Re-certification
- Other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
