Mô tả công việc
• Ensure enquiries received are complete and proper (with detailed information) before passing on to Procurement for processing.
• Submit quotation to the customer in a timely manner and follow-up on the quotation feedback.
• Manage the entire sample submission process including co-ordination, follow-up on approval status and arranging sample re-submission if necessary.
• Follow up on the purchase order from the customer upon receipt of the sample approval status.
• Assist the Sales Manager in the monthly review of the RFQ summary.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline order processing and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels including stock held at VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) customer hub and process all orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy and promptness in execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the ERP system.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring order fulfilment including documentation meets or exceeds expectations in a professional manner.
• Work with 3PL for warehouse operation management and ensuring all products complied with the current regulations before delivery to the market.
• Work with 3PL for customs clearance and inbound/outbound deliveries to ensure timely deliveries to the customers.
• Regularly update information about import shipments in the system for cost calculation
• Other duties as assigned
