Mô tả công việc
- Submitting online booking to shipping lines/airlines
- Checking export CDS
- Filing infrastructure fee/VGM, AMS…
- Tracing/following up on each shipment until cargo releasing to the consignee.
- Receiving booking orders from customers / overseas agents
- Handling questions of customers and trouble solving if any
- Arranging loading plan/trucking order with customers/vendors of each shipment independently according to the SOP
- Updating local charges tariff, freetime tariff,vessel schedule…
- Inputing data of the customer/shipment to MCP software system
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
