Mô tả công việc

Guide customers in handling basic product and service issues (if any).
Receive calls from foreign customers (The US customers)
Submit tickets about issues of customers in the CRM system.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Positive, energetic, and diligent attitude.
Good command of English to effectively communicate and support international customers.
No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
Priority is given to final-year students majoring in English Language, Tourism - Hospitality, IoT, IT, and Engineering.
Preference for candidates with an interest and knowledge in technology, especially smart homes.
