Mô tả công việc

Manage and supervise all functions of customer service and ensure the most effectiveness of the team to comfort residents and tenants
Administrative tasks:
Manage taxi service
Manage access cards
Manage information about parking lots
Provide newspaper for tenants (only applied to office building)
Receive all calls from residents or tenants
Send messages and letters to tenants
Manage Lost Found service
Provide fundamental information for all tenants (only applied to office building)
Manage express delivery service
Well cooperate with engineering team, security service and janitorial service
Update timesheets, working schedules of staffs
Interview and asset customer service officers
Instruct residents, contractors of residents about rules procedures related to moving in/out when fit out, residence register, etc
Manage sub contractors (if required)
Develop and maintain positive attitude in vocational training programs for customer service
Managing tasks:
Train customer service officers (if required)
Manage and be responsible for productivity of subordinate staffs
Ensure all customer service staffs maintain high standard of appearance, personal hygiene, uniform, name badge as instructed
Report:
Diploma/Degree in Management;
Create daily checklist for customer service/ front office
Daily logbook
Follow up job requirement list

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Education
Diploma/Degree in Management;
Graduate from College or University majoring in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field
Communication skills
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders;
PC skills
Ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information;
Experience
At least 1-years experience in related fields;
Foreign Language
Proficient English (both speaking and writing);

Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills;
