Mô tả công việc

- Oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service Department.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sea/Air carriers to negotiate favorable freight rates.
- Address and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and customers, guarantee the delivery of high-quality services to customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with various departments (BD, FWD, Accounting, etc.) to ensure seamless business operations.
- Ensure that financial management and freight reporting are carried out as required by the Director.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Director.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the logistics or forwarding industry, shipping lines experience is preferable.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer relations, and effective communication ability.
- Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Proficient in planning and organizing tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
