● Investigate customer's problems and find solutions
● Assist with development and implementation of service policies.
● Work with Customer Service team on customer service initiatives
● Identify issues on data and statistics
● Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work
● Ensure team Key Performance Indicators as required
● Perform additional duties where needed

● Minimum Diploma degree from any major
● At least 1-year of experience as Quality Assurance within the Customer Service area is preferred
● Strong communication skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Has a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a good team player
● Experience in customer service, call center is essential
● Bachelor degree required
● Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices, processes and
procedures
● Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
● Good organizational and leadership skills
● Ability to work under pressure
