Job Responsibilities
• Execute Customer Service strategy to establish Customer Service system and SOP.
• Coordinate related internal departments and external partners to fulfill Customer Service demand and achieve KPIs.
• Coordinate related internal departments and external partners to fulfill Customer Service demand and achieve KPIs.
• Implement necessary Technical and Customer Service training to external partners to assure quality of CS service.
• Support Customer Service partners to solve serious or complicated Customer Service demand.
• Analyze internal & external Customer Service data and records to identify key issues and propose solutions for optimization.
• Execute Marketing Activities assigned by Managers.
