+ Customer care
- Answering the customer's inquiry or question
- Visiting the customer regularly for getting VOC
- Having a meeting with customer when we have issue
- Solving the issue after checking with operation team
- Contact with new customer for arranging the meeting
+ Contract
- Keep communication with customer for making the contract (HQ Legal team will support for contract term & condition)
- Sending quotation to customer after getting guide from manager (Pricing team is existed internally)
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
