Mô tả công việc
1. Customer care
- Solving the issue after checking with the operation team
- Having a meeting with the customer when we have an issue
- Visiting the customer regularly for getting VOC
- Answering the customer's inquiry or question
- Contacting new customers for arranging meetings
2. Contract
- Keep communication with customers for making the contract (HQ Legal team will support for contract terms & conditions)
- Sending quotations to customers after getting guidance from the manager (Pricing team exists internally)
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
