Mô tả công việc
- Update air & sea import, ferry import and export shipment in file follow up
- Register import shipment information on SCS- customer's systems.
- Update and check carry in file from vendor and collect evidences
- Make new quotation for every quarter and sent to customer
- Slip selling invoice & buying, and check SO revenue on internal system
- Check and update file self CC monthly
- Make payment list and invoice send to LGDVH
- Take care truck test plan, make debit and issue invoice at the end of month
- Make debit file and send to customer weekly.
- Answering the customer's inquiry or question and report & solving the issue
- Any other related duties/projects assigned by the Sales Manager
