1. Smooth handling all sea/air export shipment as per company’s standard operating procedure.
2. Maintain good customer service relationship with customers.
3. Follow up and control subcontractors during handling door to door shipments.
4. Updating customer profiles.
5. Full support Sales’ enquiries for achieving sales goals.
6. Complains solving in time
7. Make reports to Operation Director as requested.
8. Other service task assigned by management.
