Mô tả công việc

• Handle export/import documentation tasks, including issuing HBL or HAWB, A/N, D/O, e-manifest, and debit notes to customers.
• Handle Debit Note, SOA of Customers, Partners, Vendors.
• Follow trucking order and control trucking vendor to ensure delivery time to factory.
• Enter shipment information into the company systems.
• Track shipping status and maintain good relationships with carriers, warehouses, trucks, and other related departments.
• Address and resolve customer disputes or complaints with great care.
• Understanding US shipment processes (AMS, FMC, ISF filing) is preferred.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements and customer standard operating procedures.
• Execute tasks assigned by the region manager, report results regularly, and maintain good cooperation with overseas agents and customers.
• Familiarize yourself with the pricing of the responsible region, analyze the current status and development of the routes, and update internal quotations accordingly.
• Assist management with any special tasks assigned.
