As part of Dibee team, your responsibilities will cover:
Customer support :
• Deployment and training new customers
• Conducting service support to external stakeholders when required with excellent service quality
• Professional and engaging dealings with customers over the phone, via email and in person.
• Set up client and merchant in the system mainly with CRM and proprietary management software
• Action leads, customer enquiries and complaints in an appropriate manner.
• Deliver several data analytics on external stakeholder’s activities and performance.
Administration:
• Contract management and compliance
• Payment collection verification.
• E-invoice reconciliation
• Follow up on claim process and dispute resolution
Sales admin support:
• Action leads, customer enquiries
