Mô tả công việc

Customer Service
Team Leader:
Monitoring employee productivity and quality of customer service;
Making sure employees meet performance expectations;
Assist in developing training plans and implementing and evaluating employees after training;
Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks;
Handling complaints;
Giving instructions to subordinate employees;
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports;
Experienced in team management;
Other tasks are assigned by the Line manager or BOD.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Good at English (4 skills)
Graduated College or bachelor’s degree in commerce/Sales or equivalent;
Leadership;
Excellent communication skills;
At least 4 years experience/track records in Sales – ideally within the Service, Insurance or health industry;
Training;
Professional appearance and attitude;
Proactive organizational skills;
Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic;
Experienced in Healthcare is an advantage;
Time Management;
