Mô tả công việc

Customer Care Services:
Provide high-quality service by skillfully and professionally handling inquiries.
Deliver operational services (insurance proposals, premium collection, data registration, policy services) promptly and effectively.
Warmly welcome customers in person or via phone.
Collaborate with the Operations Team at Head Office to ensure efficient processes.
Agency Admin Support:
Assist in preparing documents related to agents, handling applications, and distributing documents as requested.
Manage promotional gifts, including ordering, storage, distribution, selling, and reporting.
Premium Control:
Maintain accurate reports on the distribution of Premium Receipt Books to agents.
Coordinate with Premium Control and Sales teams for regular audits.
Handle petty cash, prepare expense claims, submit invoices, and report to the Finance Department.
Office Administration:
Perform general administrative tasks, reception duties, and maintain the first-aid box.
Receive and transfer calls, take messages if needed.
Manage office supplies, facilities, fixed assets, and inventory.
Ensure company properties and office cleanliness are maintained.
Distribute correspondence correctly and timely.
Others:
Suggest workflow improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Work closely with the local sales team in a collaborative environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies to maintain a professional office environment.
Ensure smooth operations at customer service counters.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Strong customer service experience, especially at the frontline.
Proficiency in MS Office.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service within the insurance or financial industry.
Graduated from University/College.
Ability to work in an organized manner, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness.
Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and listening.
Ability to contribute to a productive work environment by being positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
