Customer Specialist

• Triage, prioritize, and respond to incoming support tickets in accordance with established SLAs. Escalate issues when appropriate and ensure clear documentation of triaging steps taken.
• Provide tier 1 support troubleshooting customer queries related to transaction results.
• Complete backend account configuration tasks with attention to detail
• Perform data source & customer performance monitoring
• Ability to think critically, troubleshoot proactively, and solve complex customer problems.
• Assist in initial investigation steps during incidents by gathering relevant logs, metrics, or client information to support resolution efforts.
• Perform due diligence on new and existing accounts to ensure all client accounts are in accordance with the Compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct ‘four eyes’ quality assurance checks for account setups before live access is given to customers.
