Mô tả công việc

Supporting CTS Group Leader to get customer’ satisfaction with the below main tasks:
- Manage Customer feedback and inquiries.
- Direct, supervise, co-ordinate and participate in the activities of the integrated CST laboratory.
- Build customer database, assess customer preferences.
- Manage CTS Lab‘s equipment includes evaluating equipment performance, setting up maintenance and calibration schedule & follow up, purchasing necessary equipment & spare parts.
- Plan, promote customer and technical service activity.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
