Customs Clearance Manager

Follow & control the target of the Customs Clearance department every month, especially cost maximizing.
Support Sales & Commercial teams to increase the volume of cargo, especially the bidding
Monitor the daily working of staff:
Develop the performance of the customs declaration team (including documentation staff and brokers).
Ensure the performance of trucking and delivery.
Consult customers in customs regulations.
Increase customer-centricity mindset in the team.
Reduce the complaints from customers to the maximum.
Manage team to meet deadlines of daily operation work such as system input, billing, report, etc.
Meet customers’ requirements following SOP.
Manage vendors and suppliers.
Build and standardize BU’s SOPs where necessary.
Conduct training and increase the number of staff keen on the customs declaration.

Pleasant personality and a good team player.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Min. 7 years – experience in Logistics companies and at least 3 years in Customs Clearance.
Good English is prefered.
