ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (STT GDC) is one of the fastest-growing data centre providers globally, headquartered in Singapore. Since 2014, the company has grown rapidly organically and through investments in market-leading businesses such as GDS and VIRTUS Data Centres, with over 170 data centres across nine markets.
Led by an experienced team, STT GDC brings together colocation facilities built to most stringent industry standards, together with scalable end-to-end data centre solutions, connectivity, support services, and cloud infrastructure solutions. STT GDC recently entered into a strategic partnership with VNG to develop a new data centre operating platform in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The partnership marks the continuing expansion of STT GDC’s data centre footprint globally, particularly in Asia.
About Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the day-to-day facilities management and operational functions within our Data Center. This role is responsible for ensuring a clean, well-maintained, and efficient environment for our critical IT infrastructure and staff.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Facilities Management:

Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the Data Center, including but not limited to coordinating with cleaning services, landscaping (interior and exterior), and pest control.
- Ensure the proper functioning and arrangement of staff amenities within the Data Center.
- Manage the using of office assets, door access, parking, air conditioning, fire alarm, and telecommunications systems, CCTV system, lighting system.
- Act as primary contact as Building Management representative for all operational matters within the Data Center.
2. Administrative and Operational Support:
- Act as the go-to person for all administrative and operational inquiries within the Data Center.
- Communication:
manage incoming/outgoing documents, letters, visitors entering and exiting the building. Communicate service status updates and any service-related issues to staff. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the Data Center database and documentation systems.
- Office Management:
oversee office supplies by planning, ordering, managing purchases, and distributing. Maintain stock levels of stationery, equipment, and essential materials. Oversee the quality of services provided by vendors, conducting daily checks and issuing notifications as necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the office environment to create a pleasant workspace for employees.
- Catering:
Responsible for managing and taking care of employees' material lives (ordering lunch, dinner, and beverages for employees) according to plan

Develop and implement processes, regulations, and operational management systems for various services within the Data Center.
- Financial support:
handle invoice collection, update the Admin budget, and manage expense reports.
- Event Coordination:
conduct planning and execution of company events, meetings, training sessions. Support for employees on business trips (flight booking, hotel booking, payment...)
3. Guard Security Service Management
- Managing guard security service daily performance
- Managing guard security service contract including prepare, review, renew contract with related departments.
- Report of security service periodically.
