1. Dealer communication:
- Summary product quality base on feedbacks from Dealers
- Daily communicate with Dealers to manage leader’s product warranty situation
- Support Dealers to solve warranty case & complaints of customers
- Report weekly/monthly for Dealers’ warranty service operation
2. Other service job assigned by Head of Department:
- Other service job assigned by Head of Department
