Mô tả công việc

Review documents before submission to the Director: Ensure that all documents, reports, and materials are thoroughly reviewed before submission to the Director.
Draft announcements and issue notifications on behalf of directives: Responsible for drafting and issuing announcements as directed by the Director.
Review results before submission for Director's approval: Inspect and evaluate work outcomes before submission to the Director. Have the authority to reject processing if results do not meet the required standards as directed.
Supervise and enforce execution according to the Director's directives: Ensure all activities and projects are carried out as directed by the Director.
Draft procedures and implementation guidance documents as directed: Develop and update work procedures, instructional materials, and other documents as required.
Act on behalf of the Director in handling assigned issues: Represent the Director in resolving assigned issues.
