Deputy General Counsel (Deputy Head of Legal)

The Deputy Director advises and assists the Chairman/Director of the company in performing tasks in the following areas:
1. Managing, operating, and organizing the implementation of specific tasks according to the assigned areas of responsibility and in accordance with the delegation or authorization of the Director.
Directly responsible for the Investment Consulting Department and the Legal Services Department.
Fully attending meetings of the Board of Directors and company meetings or providing clear and comprehensive opinions on each issue that needs resolution.
Collaborating with the Director to develop the business plan and annual operating budget of the Company and to build the organizational structure and staffing plans suitable for the Company’s operational situation.
2. Developing regulations, rules, processes, guidelines, and forms to implement functions and tasks and/or apply for the Company/Clients.
3. Regularly reporting, either periodically or upon request, to the Chairman/Director.
4. Training, mentoring, and developing the team, and evaluating the capacity and work effectiveness of the staff under management.
5. Performing other tasks as assigned by the Chairman/Director at any given time.
