Mô tả công việc
• Leading and managing the team ensuring the correct workload, vetting and approving technical decisions and collaborating with developing teams.
• Providing expert assessment of the time and resources needed for department's effective operations.
• Managing the preparation of mechanical engineering designs, drawings, specifications, schedules, quantity and cost estimates for a wide range of new construction and maintenance improvement projects.
Developing technical tasks for design engineering, getting them approved by internal customers.
• Ensuring the high quality, reliability, up to date technology, high standards and unification of the designs.
• Managing preparation of the materials for certification, invention patent requests etc.
• Ensuring the up-to-date design documentation is distributed within the company business units including production sites.
• Supporting other business units in the company on any design related issues.
• Author's supervision of experimental and mass-produced products.
