Mô tả công việc
1. Product Development
- Directly conduct market assessments, competitor research, plan and execute the development and adjustment of OPES products.
- Ensure alignment with the company’s business strategy for each period, meet the requirements of business units, be competitive, feasible for practical implementation, and comply with legal and company regulations.
2. Operations Management
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate to propose adjustments/improvements to processes and general exploitation guidelines;
- Ensure practical suitability, smooth system operation, clearly defined functions and duties for units, and effective risk control;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of overall operations, individual operations, insurance products, insurance programs, partners, and sales channels periodically or unexpectedly, and propose recommendations to improve effectiveness;
- Guide, train, and support relevant units in product deployment;
- Participate in the deployment of operations on software systems and propose improvements.
3. Reinsurance
- Understand the market situation and trends in reinsurance to make appropriate adjustments to product policies and reinsurance policies for existing insurance products, serving the company's business development goals.
