- Design and implement impactful email, SMS, and push notification campaigns that support business goals.
- Report, analyze, evaluate, and optimize channels to improve customer experience.
- Perform A/B testing to continually improve outcomes.
- Craft compelling content for emails, SMS, and push notifications, copy, design, and clear calls to action.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Plan and implement Online Marketing via CRM system (Web Push, Email Marketing, SMS, Chatbot...)
- Other tasks assigned by department and superiors.
