Job Location: 5th Floor, Green Pax Building 216 Tran Nao, An Phu Ward, Dist 2, HCMC
Description:
• Brand guardianship - responsible for all aspects of branding, positioning and tone of voice.
• Amplify the brands' identity: ensure all activities align with core strategies and brand guidelines.
• Manage all aspects of consumer marketing, including communications, advertising, content photo and filming shoots (including those with partners).
• Lead both brands' presence on digital platforms (brand websites, , Instagram, Facebook, SEM, SEO).
• Prioritize key initiatives for the brands, leading a team that delivers engaging and creative campaigns and initiatives to our golfing audience.
• Plan, brief and review content with the product marketing team to ensure a seamless and integrated consumer journey regardless of channel.
• Collaborate with the MKT Managers to ensure synergy with trade / in-store promotions and all advertising messaging.
• Create marketing/media plans that include online, TV, print etc.
• Drive CRM, database acquisition and golfer connection opportunities.
• Monitor and interpret digital analytics. Generate and present marketing reports and analyses.
• Work with international teams to ensure global campaigns are relevant and adapted to this region.
• Manage annual planning process, Advertising budgeting, and performance metrics. Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI's).
• Identify and analyze trends and insights from marketing data, and then optimize and revise marketing budget and performance based on results and findings.
• Lead golfer insights projects to identify market opportunities and deeper connection and understanding of the target market.
