Digital Marketing, Team Lead

Objectives:
- You will be joining in the marketing efforts to develop and implement a clear digital marketing strategy in alignment with company direction & business priorities to achieve company targets, drive user acquisition and retention.
- This role requires an exceptional ability in understanding our customers. Work closely with stakeholders across departments: Business Development, Product, Operations, Tech & Data teams to identify, prioritize, and execute against big opportunities.
- As the Marketing team is responsible for driving multiple VinID and VinShop projects/ domains, the ideal candidate should possess the ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing landscape and be ready to move with the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Build digital marketing strategy with a detailed action plan and budget to ensure user acquisition and retention align with business objectives and targets
- Manage and ensure the effectiveness of Paid Performance, CRM (app push notifications, email marketing, web/ app display banner) & SEO
- Translate complex digital marketing data into easily understandable insights and actionable recommendations
- Identify root causes of issues in daily channels operation and develop both practical solutions and new processes/work-stream to improve it
- Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing and growth hacker tactics.
- Leverage online marketing planning and execution expertise to support other team initiatives (Branding, Business Development, Community,…)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure constant alignment and consistency between company strategy and budget utilization
- Be creative and think out of the box to identify different initiatives that could improve user experience and maximize user activation
